Data we collect
- Email address (for account authentication)
- Display name (profile name you choose)
- Avatar (optional image you upload)
- Match & league data (e.g., scores, opponents, results, standings)
- Device info (optional: device type and OS version used for troubleshooting and app improvement)
Our App supports third-party sign-in. We do not receive or store passwords for these providers.
Google Sign-In: we use your Google account email and display name to create and authenticate your account.
Sign in with Apple: we receive a unique user identifier. You may choose to share your real email address or use Apple's private relay.
Photos and media
The App may request access to your photo library only if you choose to upload a profile icon. Providing an icon is optional; we only access photos you specifically select for upload.
How we use your information
- Account & Authentication: to sign you in and keep your account secure.
- Match Tracking: to record results, standings, and stats within your leagues.
- App Improvement: to diagnose issues and improve performance and usability.
- Support & Communication: to reply when you contact us.
- Legal: to comply with applicable laws.
Authentication providers: We support Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. We do not receive or store your passwords; we only receive identifiers (such as your email) necessary to create and authenticate your account.

Data retention & deletion
We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed. To preserve the integrity of league history, anonymized match data may be retained and can't be linked back to you.
Account deletion
You can initiate the deletion of your account at any time from the Profile page within the App. When you request to delete your account:
- Your personal identifiers—including your email address, display name, and user ID—will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- Any content you uploaded, such as your profile icon image, will be permanently deleted from our storage.
- To maintain the statistical integrity and history of leagues you participated in, data related to matches you played (e.g., scores, teams) will be retained in an anonymized form. This data will be disassociated from your deleted profile and cannot be linked back to you.

Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, update, export, restrict or delete your personal information, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@fraserhorizon.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may require verification of your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request information about the personal information we collect, how it is used and shared, and the right to request deletion of certain personal information. To make a CCPA request, contact admin@fraserhorizon.com. We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.
Storage & transfers
We store data on secure third-party infrastructure (Supabase and Firebase). These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We take contractual and technical measures to help protect your data when processed by our providers.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (for example, hosting or analytics providers). We will disclose information if required by law.
Analytics and cookies
At present, we do not collect analytics data from the App. If we enable analytics later, we will update this policy to disclose providers and opt-out options where applicable.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no transmission or storage system is 100% secure.
If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and any applicable regulators as required by law, and we will take reasonable steps to mitigate the breach.
Automated decision-making
We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. If this changes, we will disclose the nature of such processing and your rights with respect to it.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated. If we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice, for example via the App or email.
