Accounts
You may sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Keep your account secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be 13 or older to use the Service.
Intellectual Property
"theForm," the shield logo, and related marks are owned by Fraser Horizon LLC. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
App availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular feature set.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraser Horizon LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
